What are your products made of?

All products are made with top-notch PLA or PETG filament. We prioritize quality, so our products won’t smear, fade, or need repainting over time.

What if I don't see a color that I want?

Why is my product not the same color as the picture online?

There could be a minor shading color difference but the primary colors will always match.

For example if you order a Brown Horse, it will still have black eyes with a brown body, however the color of brown might vary slightly depending on a number of factors. We always do our best to keep the colors as close to the ones in the pictures, but there might be slight variations over time.

Additionally, any items printed in rainbow filament will have unique color variations. The patterns and colors are impossible to replicate exactly, making each piece one-of-a-kind. 

Why are there lines in my product?

With 3D printing, layer lines are visible and slight imperfections may be present.

However, we would never ship an item that we wouldn’t use ourselves.
